Your use of RealKeeper software, applications, websites, cloud services and related products is subject to the terms and conditions of the RealKeeper Software License Agreement.
Trademark Information
RealKeeper and the RealKeeper logo are trademarks of RealKeeper Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
The RealKeeper name, logo, product names, service names, graphics and related brand elements may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without prior written permission from RealKeeper Technologies Pvt. Ltd., except where permitted by applicable law.
All third-party trademarks, product names and logos appearing within RealKeeper belong to their respective owners and are used for identification or compatibility purposes only.
Copyright Information
The RealKeeper software, website, application interfaces, designs, content, graphics, documentation, source code, databases, processes and related materials are owned by or licensed to RealKeeper Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Unless expressly permitted in writing, no part of RealKeeper may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, republished, reverse engineered, or commercially exploited.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the RealKeeper platform and its proprietary features, designs, workflows, software code, documentation and technology remain with RealKeeper Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its applicable licensors.
Purchase of a RealKeeper subscription or license grants the customer the right to use the software according to the applicable subscription plan and license terms. It does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property to the customer.
Software License & Usage
RealKeeper provides its software under subscription and/or license-based plans. The permitted number of users, devices, features, duration, services and other usage conditions may vary according to the plan purchased by the customer.
Users must not:
- Copy, resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute RealKeeper without authorization.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source code of the software.
- Circumvent software security, licensing or access controls.
- Use RealKeeper for unlawful activities.
- Access or attempt to access another customer’s account or data without authorization.
- Use the platform in a manner that may damage, disrupt or interfere with RealKeeper services.
Additional terms may apply to customized software, integrations, APIs, websites, mobile applications and other services provided by RealKeeper.
Data & Privacy
RealKeeper may process business and user information in order to provide its software and services.
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Copyright Infringement Notices
If you believe that content available through RealKeeper infringes your copyright or other applicable intellectual property rights, you may contact us with the relevant details and supporting information.
